text-align: justify;">2000年,以西电东送、西气东输、青藏铁路开工为标志,我国启动西部大开发战略。如今,西电东送工程已经形成南、中、北三大通道。北通道主要由新疆、内蒙古、陕西、宁夏等省区向华北、华东输电;中通道主要由四川、重庆、湖北等省市向华中、华东输电;南通道主要由云南、贵州、广西等省区向华南输电。</p><p class="text_align-justify text_indent-2em" data-source="cke" style="box-sizing: border-box; text-align: justify;">这些绿电通过特高压线路送往广东等地。这是一条互利共赢的能源大动脉:对云南而言,新能源消纳有了更多出路。云南是西电东送的骨干电源省份,西电东送工程极大促进云南水电资源的开发利用,促进云南生态文明建设,云南省内单位用电量碳排放全国最低。</p><p class="text_align-justify text_indent-2em" data-source="cke" style="box-sizing: border-box; text-align: justify;">对广东而言,大电网稳定运行有了更强保障,不仅满足经济社会用能需求,也有力支撑天气实现“广东蓝”。2024年7月,南方电网西电东送单月送电量超340亿千瓦时,创历史新高,其中清洁电量占比约85%。截至目前,南方区域西电东送累计输送电量约3.3万亿千瓦时,相当于三峡水电站设计年均发电量的33倍。</p><p class="text_align-justify text_indent-2em" data-source="cke" style="box-sizing: border-box; text-align: justify;">在用电大省、能源小省——江苏,目前建成±500千伏龙政直流、±800千伏锦苏特高压直流、±800千伏白鹤滩入苏特高压直流输电工程。“今年以来,三条输电工程为江苏输送水电超560亿千瓦时,相当于2200万户普通家庭一年的用电量,相当于减少发电用煤2600万吨,减排二氧化碳4600万吨。”国网江苏电力发展部主网规划处处长汪惟源说。</p><p class="text_align-justify text_indent-2em" data-source="cke" style="box-sizing: border-box;
