white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">交通运输厅相关负责人介绍，我省重构政府和社会资本合作新机制下高速公路特许经营管理制度和工作流程，制定省级财政支持高速公路加快建设实施细则，全年完成高速公路招商992公里、开工970公里、建成507公里，通车总里程达到10310公里；新增美姑、昭觉、宁南3个县通高速公路，全省通高速的县（市、区）达到149个；新增2条出川大通道，高速公路出川大通道达到34条。</p><p class="formatted" style="margin-top: 0px;
