18px;">此次作品征集面向2024年5月至2025年3月间原创的互联网辟谣作品，分为文字类、图片类、音视频类、重大辟谣专题和优秀辟谣平台（账号）五个类别。作品应聚焦辟谣题材，确保内容权威、事实准确、来源规范、依法合规，并具备原创性、时效性与传播性。</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 24px;"><strong><span style="font-size: 18px;color: rgb(180, 2, 12);">（二）作品形式</span></strong></section><section style="margin-bottom: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">1. 文字类。包括已公开发布的网络辟谣文章、新闻报道等，针对谣言或误区及时发声、解疑释惑，主题突出、层次鲜明、逻辑清晰、行文流畅，字数1000字以内，格式为Word或PDF。</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">2. 图片类。包括网络辟谣漫画、海报、长图、H5等。提交格式为JPG或PDF，单个图片作品大小在5MB以下，且不低于300像素；H5格式需提交网址链接。</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">3. 音视频类。包括网络辟谣歌曲、MV、动画短片、微纪录片、微电影、公益广告等。提交格式为可兼容的主流音视频格式（包括MP3、WAV、MP4、MOV、MPEG等），横竖屏皆可。视频声音和画面需保持同步且清晰。音频作品确保声音无失真、噪声杂音干扰以及音量忽大忽小等现象。单个音视频作品时长原则上应控制在5分钟以内。</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">4. 重大辟谣专题。面向机构、团体征集，主要包括有关单位面向社会公众打造的重大网络辟谣宣传主题活动，开设的网络辟谣专栏专题，以及有关网络辟谣的特色产品或功能、有关单位组织开展的网络辟谣专项活动等。作品需上报网址链接或活动方案、媒体报道等，并附文字说明材料，介绍基本情况、特色亮点、取得成效等，文字500字以内，格式为Word或PDF。</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">5. 优秀辟谣平台（账号）。面向机构、团体征集，包括有关单位建立的专门开展网络辟谣与科普工作的网站、APP、新媒体账号等。要求更新及时、内容丰富，具备一定的传播力、影响力，能够持续产出原创内容，辟谣作品原创比例原则上不低于50%。需提交平台网址、账号名称、第三方影响力评价等，并附文字说明材料，介绍平台（账号）基本情况、原创情况、年发稿量等相关数据以及社会反响等，文字500字以内，格式为Word或PDF。</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">以上形式作品上传时，文件名称统一命名为“单位/作者+作品名称+作品类别（如文字类）”，选择对应的类别进行报送，同一作品只能选择一个类别。需严格按照系统要求填写正确的作品信息，包括但不限于单位名称/作者姓名、作品名称、作品简介、发布链接、作品封面等。其中，作品简介部分需包含作品主题、创作背景、创作意义、传播效果等内容，字数不超过300字。</span></section><section style="font-size: 18px;">（一）所有投稿的作品必须为原创，不存在版权侵权问题。作品中如使用他人肖像、照片、图片或音乐等内容，必须注明来源，且取得权利人或作品著作权人授权许可。作品内容所涉及的肖像权、著作权（版权）许可事宜由投稿者负责，如发生任何相关的法律纠纷，由投稿者负责解决并承担一切责任。</span></p><section style="margin-bottom: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">（二）投稿者一经投稿，即视为活动组委会对投稿作品拥有使用权，活动组委会有权对作品进行编辑，并通过中国互联网联合辟谣平台发布，发布时间不限。</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 24px;"><span style="font-size:
