活动现场设置三大区域：<strong>一是“身边案例说法”宣讲区，</strong>司法局法治宣传员结合“高空抛物维权”“宠物伤人纠纷”等典型案例，用通俗语言解析《中华人民共和国民法典》相关条款，普及民法典实用法律知识，提升居民法治意识，营造“尊法学法守法用法”的小区氛围；<strong>二是“法治需求直通车”互动区，</strong>工作人员发放《大英县小区依法治理法律需求问卷》50份，聚焦物业费缴纳、公共收益监管等热点问题，征集居民对小区依法治理的建议10余条；<strong>三是“法律门诊面对面”咨询台，</strong>“法治护航”志愿服务队员开展法律知识有奖问答，以“小区公共区域收益归属”“微信转账借款凭证留存”等生活化题目激发居民参与热情，通过“情景模拟+趣味竞答”强化学法效果，同步发放民法典宣传折页、法律援助指南等宣传资料，推动法律咨询从“被动受理”转向“主动服务”，为构建“小事不出小区、矛盾依法化解”的法治小区奠定基础。</span></p></section></section><section
