style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">月从南京大学毕业，任职于大英县委办公室，目前担任回马镇山河村驻村工作队员及主任助理。能够作为年轻干部代表发言，我深感荣幸，也倍感责任重大。作为一名已在基层履职一年半时间的选调生，我很忐忑，这一年半的时间是否能真正读懂这里的土地和人民，也时常思考：青年干部如何在乡村振兴中实现自我价值？今天，我想用三个问题分享我的一些感悟。</span></span></p><p style="font-family: Times New Roman;letter-spacing: 0;font-size: 21px"><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">青春最怕迷失方向。初到山河村，我曾困惑于</span>“<span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">硕士学历为何要来管家长里短</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">”</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">，驻村后才发现，学历不等于能力，文凭不代表水平。记得第一次组织村民大会时，精心准备的幻灯片、文稿无人问津，反倒是村书记用几句方言就能轻松调动全场。这让我明白，青年成长需要</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">“</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">向下扎根</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">”</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">的姿态。因此一年半的时间，我累计行驶了三万多公里，两本工作日志记录着在田间地头学农事，在农家院落听民声的点滴。现在的我，能知晓庄稼是何物，会与群众说方言土话，更理解了</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">“</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">群众满意才是最高标准</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">”</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">的深刻含义。理解乡土，才能读懂中国，这种扎根泥土的成长，比任何方式都更能贴近人民，比任何荣誉都更让人踏实。我们越想飞得高、走得远，越应该在基层扎深根，把基础搞扎实，加倍珍惜在一线实践锻炼的机会。要在</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">“</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">悬浮</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">”</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">时代做</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">“</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">下沉</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">”</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">的个体，锻造</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">“</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">能吃苦</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">”</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">的好作风，努力长成青年该有的姿态。</span></span></p><p style=";text-align: style="font-family:黑体">第二问：青年该有什么样的担当作为？</span></span></p><p style=";text-align: justify;font-family: Calibri;font-size: 14px;white-space: normal;text-indent: 43px;line-height: 37px"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;letter-spacing: 0;font-size: 21px"><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">基层是青年干部最好的练兵场。在村的时间，经历了无数次的入户走访、信息采集、政策宣讲，将</span>17<span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">名村民纳入了防止返贫监测对象，为</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">4</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">名学生申领了雨露计划补助，</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">70</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">名外出务工人员享受了务工交通补贴；也经历了上山逮鸡、</span></span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;letter-spacing: 0;font-size: 21px">下地</span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;letter-spacing: 0;font-size: 21px"><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">挖笋、进城摆摊，累计帮助村集体销售乌鸡</span>500<span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">余只、牛肉</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">4000</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">余斤、雷竹笋近</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">50000</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">斤，村集体经济收入连续两年突破</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">40</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">万元。这些教会了我：真正的年轻无关容颜，而是敢于把</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">“</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">不可能</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">”</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">变成</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">“</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">试一试</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">”</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">；真正的成绩不是朋友圈的光鲜亮丽，而是人民群众的满意。作为年轻干部，要有</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">“</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">道在迩而求诸远，事在易而求之难</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">”</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">的担当精神，无论是乡村振兴、基层治理，或是招商引资、项目建设，都要积极参与、主动作为，发挥出青年的冲劲和闯劲。</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">“</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">虽有智慧，不如乘势</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">”</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">，要心怀大局，自觉把个人成长与大英的发展紧密结合起来，以个人所学所长服务全县大局，在主动融入推动大英高质量发展的进程中，锤炼</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">“</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">敢担当</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">”</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">的好品格。</span></span></p><p style=";text-align: style="font-family: Times New Roman;letter-spacing: 0;font-size: 21px"><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">青年的价值追求，就像深扎泥土的雷竹笋根与破土而出的笋尖般共生共长，既在躬身实践中触摸土地的温度，又在仰望星空时锚定理想的高度。真正的理想从不在</span>“<span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">云端</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">”</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">，当帮助留守老人解决医疗报销时，当为特困户修好家里电路时，当看到产业帮扶获得收益时，就能深刻体会到：最大的成就感，不是获得了什么，而是留下了什么。乡村振兴需要接着干，我们这代青年，就是要做薪火相传的</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">“</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">接力者</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">”</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">，在服务群众中实现人生价值。如今，</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">“</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">躺平</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">”“</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">内卷</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">”</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">等现象在青年群体中盛行，一定程度上反映出信仰缺失。我们要筑牢</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">“</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">有理想</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">”</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">的好根基，弘扬</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">“</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">肯奋斗</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">”</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">的好传统，提高政治站位，从政治理论中汲取养分，始终坚守信仰、坚定信念；对标先进典型，修炼精神定力，塑造青年阳光性格、正面人格。</span></span></p><p style=";text-align: justify;font-family: Calibri;font-size: 14px;white-space: normal;text-indent: 43px;line-height: 37px"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;letter-spacing: 0;font-size: 21px"><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">一年半的基层工作教会我，做工作要像种庄稼一样，春耕时不辞辛苦，秋收时自有答案。今后，我会继续带着这份领悟前行，投身一线、磨砺本领，为推动大英高质量发展贡献更多青年力量。</span></span><strong><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;letter-spacing: style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">要对党忠诚、信念坚定，加强理论武装，提升政治素养。同时，深入基层一线，多调查、干实事、求实效，切实把大英</span>“<span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">发展所需</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">”</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">化为</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">“</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">行之所向</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">”</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">。</span></span><strong><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;letter-spacing: 0;font-size: 21px"><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">二是做透事。</span></span></strong><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;letter-spacing: 0;font-size: 21px"><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">以</span>“<span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">绣花</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">”</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">功夫精益求精，深研业务、强化技能，从小事做起，服务好一位群众、写好一篇材料、宣传好一项政策，磨炼务实作风。</span></span><strong><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;letter-spacing: 0;font-size: 21px"><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">三是走好路。</span></span></strong><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;letter-spacing: 0;font-size: 21px"><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">要认真学习贯彻总书记关于年轻干部廉洁从政的重要论述，落实中央八项规定精神，从拒绝一顿饭局、拒收一份礼品做起，守住小节，系好</span>“<span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">第一粒扣子</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">”</span><span style="font-family:仿宋_GB2312">，自觉提高思想境界、培养健康情趣、端正人生追求。</span></span></p><p style=";text-align: justify;font-family: Calibri;font-size: 14px;white-space: normal;text-indent:
