text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei; font-size: 18px;">本次征集入库的供应商为猪肉类、牛肉类、蔬菜类等八类食材供应商。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei; font-size: 18px;">（二）供应商基本要求</span></strong></p><p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei; font-size: 18px;">1.具有独立承担民事责任能力；</span></p><p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei; font-size: 18px;">2.具有履行合同所必需的配送能力；</span></p><p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei; font-size: 18px;">3.参加本次食材原材料供应活动五年内,在经营活动中没有重大违法记录。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 2em; font-size: 18px;">二、付款方式</span></strong></p><p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei; font-size: 18px;">每月上旬前经我公司核算货款无误后，供应商开具相关发票，结算并支付上月货款。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei; font-size: 18px;">三、评选方法</span></strong></p><p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei; font-size: 18px;">经公开报名（附件1）、资格审查后，每一类择优选择综合实力较强且从业经验多年的供应商入库纳入食材供应商名录库，并签订合作意向协议。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei; font-size: 18px;">四、供应商需提交的材料</span></strong></p><p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei; font-size: 18px;">1.供应商营业执照扫描件或复印件；</span></p><p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei; font-size: 18px;">2.供应商法定代表人或个体工商户经营者有效身份证明；</span></p><p style="margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei; font-size: 18px;">3.参加本次食材原材料供应活动五年在经营活动中无重大违法记录的声明（附件2）；</span></p><p style="margin-top: 10px;
