padding: 0px; max-width: 100%; vertical-align: bottom; font-family: SourceHanSerifCN; font-size: 16px; text-wrap-mode: wrap; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-indent: 2em; word-break: normal !important;">接下来的时间里，周建章成了小区里的“义务监工”。每天清晨，他都会绕着工地转一圈，看工人师傅踩着脚手架，把一片片树脂瓦仔细铺在屋架上，用钉子牢牢固定；看施工人员蹲在楼梯间，量好尺寸后拆下旧扶手，换上锃亮的新钢管；看专业人员仔细规划布局，安装消火栓、灭火器等设备；看挖掘机把坑洼的地面铲平，压路机来回碾压，最后铺成平整地面……“有回我跟施工队说，非机动车棚能不能往旁边挪挪，离楼道近点，方便老人停车。没想到第二天他们就调整了方案，还特意来跟我道谢，说我提的建议实用。”</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; text-indent: 2em; word-break: normal !important;">今年8月28日，改造工程完工那天，周建章和邻居们自发在小区门口挂了条红横幅。他摸着新换的楼梯扶手，一步一步走上三楼：“稳当！比以前结实多了。”新建的非机动车棚里，电动车也有了专属车位，再也不用挤在楼道里；晚上出门遛弯，路灯亮堂堂的，把地面照得清清楚楚。“以前怕摔跤，晚上几乎不出门，现在我天天绕着小区走两圈。”他说。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;
