text-align: justify; text-indent: 0em; text-wrap-mode: wrap; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); line-height: 2em; max-width: calc(-26px + 100vw) !important;">在易地搬迁后续扶持工作中，凉山紧紧抓住促进搬迁群众就业增收这一“牛鼻子”，瞄准产业、就业“双轮驱动”。一方面，各地依据自身资源禀赋，因地制宜发展特色产业。如昭觉县为社区量身打造彝绣工坊，盐源县围绕大型安置点建设产业园区，美姑县牛牛坝镇北辰社区配套彝绣工作室和鞋厂等就业岗位。另一方面，通过开展创业指导、就业培训和劳务输出，提供居家就业岗位。此外，还加大产业发展政策支持力度，探索建立安置点集体经济组织，以多元化途径增加搬迁群众收入。<p style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);
