2em;">“制约群众、企业办事‘第一公里’的难点在于政务事项分散在各行政部门。”据大英县行政审批局局长张建国介绍，为切实解决群众和企业办事“第一公里”的问题，2020年，大英县启动建设“政务大百科”服务平台，将分散在各行政部门的政务事项进行梳理，汇集了3个政务知识库、50个主题、168个热门高频事项，为企业、群众提供线上“7×24小时”咨询、线下帮办代办等服务，覆盖了“一件事一次办”的热门高频事项70余个，包括企业开办、投资项目审批、出入境办理、不动产登记等8个板块。</span></p><p
