line-height: 30px !important;">一、规范互联网销售危险化学品相关行为。</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 30px !important;">严格落实主体责任，加强对平台内经营者销售商品或服务信息的检查监控，不为平台内经营者提供危险化学品销售信息发布服务。及时清理处置违规发布的危险化学品销售信息和违法广告宣传，保存有关记录，及时报告属地主管部门。</span></p><p align="" style="margin-top: 2em; margin-bottom: 0.5em; padding: 0px; outline: 0px; background: rgb(255, 255, 255); font-family: 宋体; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 2; text-wrap: wrap; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold; line-height: 30px !important;">二、依法合规发布互联网广告。</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 30px !important;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 30px !important;">秉持</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 30px !important;">“广告宣传也要讲导向”基本原则，严格遵守《中华人民共和国广告法》《互联网广告管理办法》等法律法规，建立健全互联网广告业务承接登记、审核和档案管理等制度，落实互联网平台经营者在提供互联网信息服务过程中的责任义务，确保互联网广告真实、合法，坚持正确导向，以健康的表现形式表达广告内容，符合社会主义精神文明建设和弘扬中华优秀传统文化的要求。</span></span></p><p align="" style="margin-top: 2em; font-weight: bold; line-height: 30px !important;">三、规范茶叶产品生产销售领域过度包装。</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 30px !important;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 30px !important;">严格遵守《中华人民共和国固体废物污染环境防治法》《中华人民共和国循环经济促进法》等法律法规以及《限制商品过度包装要求</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 30px !important;"> </span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 30px !important;">食品和化妆品》及其</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 30px !important;">2号修改单等国家强制性标准规定，依法依标生产经营，积极采用可回收、易处理、易降解、可再利用的包装，坚决做到“倡导茶叶简约包装，推动绿色文明消费”，切实履行企业社会责任，共同维护行业健康可持续发展。</span></span></p><p align="" style="margin-top: 2em; line-height: 30px !important;">完善网络餐饮平台点餐页面，在醒目位置展示</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 30px !important;">“节约粮食、适量点餐，避免浪费”等消费提示，通过平台的</span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 30px !important;">积极作为，成为网络餐饮绿色文明健康新风尚的传播者、实践者和示范者。</span></p><p align="" style="margin-top: 2em; line-height: 30px !important;">积极引导和主动管理，督促进驻商家落实质量安全主体责任义务，销售符合质量标准要求的农用地膜、塑料购物袋等产品，自觉抵制销售劣质产品的行为，</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 30px !important;">让</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 30px !important;">不上线发布<span data-umpos="3467" data-ums="yes" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 30px !important;">代写</span>售卖党建材料等违法违规营销信息，不借主题教育等严肃政治议题营销商品或服务，不违法使用党和国家机关及其工作人员名义或形象开展商业营销宣传，及时拦截清理网上有害出版物和违法违规信息，积极配合有关部门调查处置工作。</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;
