（二）饲养的犬只未按规定登记、免疫和定期检测的，依照《四川省预防控制狂犬病条例》规定责令责任人限期登记、免疫、检测，在规定限期内拒不履行的，处每只犬20元至100元罚款，并限期办理登记、免疫、检测手续；</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 1px;font-size: 15px;font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;line-height: 2em;"> （三）携带犬只出户，未及时清除犬只排泄物的，依照《四川省城乡环境综合治理条例》规定责令改正或限期清除；拒不改正或清除的，代除费用由违法行为人承担，可以处50元至200元罚款。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 1px;font-size: 15px;font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;line-height: 2em;"> 第四十条养犬制造噪声干扰他人正常生活的，由县公安局依照《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》规定，对责任人处以警告；警告后不改正的，处200元以上500元以下罚款。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 1px;font-size: 15px;font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;line-height: 2em;"> 第四十一条故意驱使犬只伤害他人身体的，由县公安部门依照《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》规定，处5日以上10日以下拘留，并处200元以上500元以下罚款；情节较轻的，处5日以下拘留或者500元以下罚款。构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。</span></p><p
