margin-bottom: 1.875rem; padding: 0px; font-family: San Francisco, PingFangSC-Medium, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; line-height: 1.88rem; font-size: 1.13rem;">“我提一个意见，希望县上相关部门加快步伐，加快推动高原生态牦牛乳产业乡村振兴基础设施建设项目建设。”3月22日，石渠县召开托底性帮扶工作专班例会，来自“五支帮扶力量”的石渠方面负责人齐聚一堂，就近期的托底性帮扶工作情况展开交流探讨。会议一开始，省内结对帮扶力量代表——成都市金牛区结对帮扶石渠县工作队领队刘建东直奔主题，提出金牛区在帮扶石渠中所面临的问题。</p><p class="formatted" style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 1.875rem; padding: 0px; font-family: San Francisco, PingFangSC-Medium, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; line-height: 1.88rem; font-size: 1.13rem;">恩阳和石渠托底性帮扶格局的改变，仅是一个切片。今年以来，巴中市将欠发达县域托底性帮扶工作与省内对口帮扶、东西部协作、革命老区重点城市对口合作工作一体谋划，在组建县级工作专班时，将协作（合作）市、先发市、国企、民企等多方帮扶力量、资源高效整合，发挥了最大效益。当地还支持企业在与县区做好结对帮扶工作基础上，着眼全市文旅康养等主导产业开展多领域、全链条深度合作，推动结对帮扶实现“1+1>2”的倍增效益。</p><p class="formatted" style="margin-top: 0px;
