text-align: justify;">二十世纪六七十年代，种树全靠人力。</p><p style="margin-top: 25px; margin-bottom: 25px; padding: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">内蒙古国营新华林场建场之初，李贵河和同事们作为第一代职工，不分昼夜地在沙地里忙碌着，不断重复着弯腰挖坑、栽树、浇水的劳作。林业工人们形容，那时候“种一棵树要磕三个头”。</p><p style="margin-top: 25px; margin-bottom: 25px; padding: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">造林成活率不到50%，手捧树苗与风沙“搏斗”是林业工人不得不面对的残酷现实。随着不断尝试、反复总结，以及对科学技术的应用，一代又一代人坚持不懈，才成就了北疆大地这片郁郁葱葱的茂密林场。</p><p style="margin-top: 25px; margin-bottom: 25px; margin-bottom: 25px; padding: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">森林是陆地生态系统的主体和重要资源，是人类生存发展的重要生态保障。</p><p style="margin-top: 25px; margin-bottom: 25px; padding: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">2015年起，东北、内蒙古重点国有林区全面停止天然林商业性采伐；2016年起，全面停止全国国有林场天然林商业性采伐。党的十八大以来，我国不断加强湿地保护、森林防火、退耕还林、荒山造林、城市绿化、农田防护林建设等，始终把护绿放在首位。</p><p style="margin-top: 25px;
