平安科技金融 护航农业保险高质量发展
<p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">大英融媒体（记者 刘海军）为建设新时代更高水平“天府粮仓”，推动三大粮食作物精准投保理赔，助力农业保险高质量发展，平安财险遂宁中心支公司大英营销服务部积极贯彻落实中央一号文件及四川省农业农村厅颁发的《四川省农业农村厅关于加快推进三大粮食作物保险精准投保理赔工作的通知》（川农函【2024】283号）文件精神，引入具有专业测绘资质的三方测绘公司，通过无人机及卫星遥感测绘技术手段，精准锁定广大农户主粮种植面积。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px;"><br/></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">在天保镇鹊桥村，由平安财险大英营销服务部聘请的第三方专业测绘公司正在对玉米种植大户查秀英种植的570亩玉米进行无人机面积测绘，最终测绘面积与农户种植面积一致，通过这一次测绘，平安财险大英营销服务部更加精准、全面的了解掌该农户玉米的实际种植面积，同时让农户查秀英也打消了因投保面积不足额投保导致后续按照比例理赔的顾虑。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px;"><br/></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">据悉，精准测绘需人工现场逐户指地查勘，调查获取种植大户种植保险地块空间位置，然后通过卫星遥感或无人机获取种植影像数据，并对影像数据进行勾画，获取地块边、，地块面积、作物种类等信息，最终由测绘公司、种植农户、村委会三方核实后，进行最终面积的签字盖章确认工作，并逐户出具书面报告。依托无人机或卫星科技手段拍摄获取的种植保险作物高清影像，无人机、卫星遥感影像分辨率空间分辨率分别优于20cm和0.5m。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em; text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: 18px;"></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em; text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: 18px;"></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em; text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: 18px;"></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">2024年至今，平安财产大英服务部共计对辖区内60余户主粮种植大户（30亩及以上）共计约1万余亩进行了种粮面积精准测绘，后续还会进一步开展对三大主粮种植散户的面积测绘工作，切实做到应保尽保，足额承保，足额理赔，充分保障广大农户利益。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px;"><br/></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">另，2023年至今，平安财产大英服务部切实践行国家乡村振兴战略，积极参与大英县的政策性农业保险工作，践行企业社会责任，为大英县3个乡镇的广大农户提供了约10亿元风险保障，给当地农业生产提供优质的政策性农业保险服务，将国家惠农政策传递到千家万户。</span><span style="font-size: 18px; text-indent: 2em;"> </span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px;"> </span></p><p><br/></p><link rel="stylesheet" href="//dyrmt.com/source/plugin/wcn_editor/public/wcn_editor_fit.css?v134_phy" id="wcn_editor_css"/>
